Return and Warranty Policy


 All electronic devices of Drreame are subject to a two-year warranty inside the UAE. 

The customer loses the warranty if any of the products are subjected to any misuse, fire, or any damage, or if the customer did not commit to the regular maintenance in accordance with the product recommendations, or the customer repairs them himself or through any of the non-accredited service centers (not affiliated with Eros maintenance).

If the extensions (pipes) are installed by the technical team of Eros company, the warranty period is one year on installation, and if the extensions (pipes) are installed by the customer, it will be out of the warranty.

Note: when requesting a warranty, the customer must present the purchase invoice.

The warranty does not include consumables, including, but not limited to, inks, printer heads, accessories attached to the device, air purifier filters, regular and rechargeable batteries, lamps, cleaning supplies or any chemicals attached.

In case of failure of the compressor in air conditioners or refrigerators after the expiration of the Eros warranty for the device, the compressor will be replaced. The consumer is responsible for the installation cost and any associated parts and.  

In the event of a malfunction of the motor after the expiration of the Eros warranty for washing machines, the motor will be replaced. The consumer bears the cost of installation and any associated visit fees.  

This warranty applies to products purchased by end consumers. For products purchased for commercial use, such as hotel televisions, laundry washing machines, etc., the applicable warranty terms are different based on a pre-purchase agreement and must be provided by the commercial user before starting maintenance work.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The products must be unused and in original condition – i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you will receive the desired product as fast as possible, you can order the new item at your own convenience.

Additionally, the offer of any product(s) purchased during a campaign period will still be honored should you wish to receive another item instead. However, your new order must be placed within 30 days of the original order’s date-of-purchase for the same promotion to be honored and this offer will not be able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Dreametech offers a 30 days free trial for all orders placed on our website. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the product, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label that includes our warehouse address and you can return them for a full refund.

Dreametech does not refund purchases from other retailers.

Once your returning package has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.

We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 2-7 business days to complete.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to submit a request on this.

All Dreametech's machine come with a one-year warranty, including repair, replacement and ongoing support of your machine.

Refunds are made back to the original form of payment.  It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of the financial institution to see the funds credited back.
