Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original, sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact support.ksa@dreame.tech immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, the customer will be eligible for a 100% free return, including return shipping at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. Products that are not in their original, sealed condition are not eligible for return.

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for liquid-based products, personal care items, or goods classified as hazardous or flammable.
